Everything in your plan can show you where it came from.
Pliny never asks you to trust a guess. Each task it proposes points back at the sentence, page or moment that produced it, and anything uncertain waits in Review until you say so.

Collect
Connect Gmail and Google Calendar, forward a PDF, snap a photo of a letter, or record a meeting. Plaud transcripts arrive on their own.

Pliny reads for deadlines, requirements and the people involved. Clear tasks go to your task list. Ambiguous ones wait in Review with the evidence beside them.

Long assignments become small steps that fit around your fixed commitments, working hours and sleep. Today shows Now, Next and Later, not a wall of everything.

Recover
Miss a day and nothing breaks. Snooze, mark something not possible today, or say you are stuck, and Pliny rebuilds the plan around what is left.

Calm software has to earn it.
Review before it counts
An ambiguous deadline is held as provisional and never shown as confirmed. Nothing enters your plan because software guessed well.
Your calendars stay yours
Scheduled steps go into a dedicated Pliny calendar. Your other calendars are read for fixed commitments and never changed.
Reminders that reach you
Push, email, WhatsApp or text, on rules you set, with quiet hours respected. Reply START, DONE, LATER or STUCK and Pliny acts on that task.
A buddy, if you want one
Grant someone you trust exactly the access you choose, area by area. They cannot widen it, change your settings or export your account, and you can revoke it at any moment.
Yours to take or to end
Settings exports everything Pliny holds as a single file and deletes the account outright. Neither requires asking us.
Not for sale, not for training
Pliny does not sell your data, does not use it for advertising and does not use it to train general AI models. Access is enforced in the database itself.
